Delivery & Returns
Normal Delivery - On Order Values between £1 and £25 delivery is £4. If your order value is over £25 and up to £70 there is a delivery charge of £3.00 per order. Delivery is free for any orders over £70. The delivery charge is automatically added at the checkout. Ocassionally we run 'free delivery' promotions. If you have a promotional code please add it at the appropriate point.
Our aim is for all in-stock items to be despatched via Royal Mail with 2-4 working days. If you need your order urgently please contact us and we will try to help.To allow us to keep our prices down so that you, the customer benefits, we do not hold huge amounts of stock. As an ethical toy retailer we do not endorse the over production of toys. Bulk Buying products encourages mass production. This potentially results in stock that gets left & may not be recycled. Our suppliers also believe in Eco-friendly trading, therefore, when you place an order for a toy with us we often then place the order with our suppliers. They work speedily to get these out to us in a matter of days & then we work equally as fast to get them to you, so, we advise that some toys can take up to 7 working days to be dispatched.
We hope you understand our reasons for this.
These are, however, simply guidelines. We cannot guarantee that items will be delivered within the suggested timeframe as delays do occur. Please allow 28 days at busy times, in the unlikely event of an item being out of stock.
Availability is only guaranteed whilst stocks last.
We want to keep you smiling so to ensure any disappointment we will keep you updated at all times on despatch dates or estimated despatch dates if your item is on back order.
What’s your return policy?
We have a no quibble return policy - which does exactly what the label says. You want to return something, for any reason at all, then we won’t quibble, argue or even bat an eyelid. You have up to 10 days to make your mind up about any order. As long as we receive the returned item within 10 days of the receipt of your order, we’ll exchange or refund it, no questions asked. Please ensure the item is in it's original packaging and complete the return goods note with your item. Please note, sale items work slightly differently. You can return your order for any reason at any time within 7 working days after the day you receive it, for a full refund.
Why don't you always offer free returns?
We thought about this, but most companies that offer this absorb the costs in other areas – for example putting up the price of their products. We don’t want to do that, so decided to keep things as transparent as possible by letting you know from the offset that it’s our policy to charge for returns. We do sometimes offer free returns during special promotions

What if my item is faulty?
We would love to say that this will never happen, but ofcourse nobody's perfect and very occasionally you may receive a product that is less than perfect. If this happens please give us a call or E mail on email@example.com so we can do what is necessary to get you a new item or refund you.
